My father, Rick, started Day Heights Auto Service in 1982 with a vision to provide the highest quality of service to his customers. He had a passion for cars and a strong work ethic, and he quickly built a reputation for excellence in the community. At the time, it was a small two-bay shop located in a small town. But my father’s passion for cars, coupled with his dedication to providing excellent service, quickly made the business a success. As the town and our community grew, as did Day Heights Auto Service.
Over the years, my father grew the business, constructing a new building. adding more bays and hiring a team of skilled technicians. But even as the business grew, my father never lost sight of the importance of providing top-notch service. He instilled in me the same values that had made the business successful from the beginning: honesty, integrity, and a commitment to going above and beyond for our customers.
By the time I took over management in 2004, Day Heights Auto Service had become a thriving operation. After taking over operations I have made sure to keep his legacy alive by maintaining the same level of excellence that he set as a standard. We are still doing business today after 40 years and we are proud of our long-standing history of excellent service. We have loyal customers who have been coming to us for generations, and we have built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and quality workmanship.
